Privacy Policy

Last Updated: March 11, 2026

At CleanFlow, we are committed to providing a premium photo organization experience while maintaining the highest standards of user privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data.

1. Information Access and Usage

CleanFlow requires access to your Photo Library to function. This access allows you to identify, review, and delete unwanted photos and videos directly within the app.

Local Processing: To ensure your privacy, CleanFlow processes your photos and videos locally on your device. We do not upload your media to external servers for analysis or storage.

2. Permissions

  • Photos: Used to display your library and execute deletions upon your request.
  • Notifications: Optionally used to send reminders about your cleaning streaks or app updates.

3. Analytics and Data Collection

To improve CleanFlow and understand how users interact with our app, we collect anonymous usage data using analytics tools. This data helps us optimize the user experience and includes:

  • Screen Views: Tracking navigation between screens (such as welcome, permissions, paywall, and cleaning screens) to understand user flows.
  • Onboarding Funnel: Monitoring progress through onboarding steps to identify where users drop off and improve the setup process.
  • App Engagement: Measuring aggregated actions, such as the number of photos deleted per session, to evaluate the app's usefulness.
  • Purchases: Recording paywall views and successful subscriptions to maintain and improve our services.

4. Data Sharing and Sales

We do not sell your personal data. CleanFlow is built on a subscription model, not an advertising one. Your usage data and library information are never shared with third-party advertisers.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Payment processing is handled securely via Apple App Store and RevenueCat. CleanFlow does not see or store your credit card information. We only receive confirmation of your subscription status.

6. Your Choices

You can manage or revoke permissions for Photos and Notifications at any time through your iOS Settings. You also have the right to request the deletion of any account-related data (such as streak history) if applicable.
